Once shipped to our facility in Belgium, each belt undergoes a comprehensive quality check in our in-house laboratory to ensure it meets European standards.

Superior Abrasion Resistance – Type W Rubber

Most of our belts are produced using Type W rubber, manufactured in accordance with DIN 22102 standards.
Type W offers up to 50% more abrasion resistance than Type Y, which is commonly used by many competitors.

If you’re looking for longer belt life and lower maintenance, Type W is the right choice.

Chevron Belts – Made In-House with VulcaBeast™ Technology

Using our exclusive VulcaBeast™ hot vulcanisation presses, we install chevrons (cleats) with heights of 15 mm or 30 mm directly onto the belt surface.
This process ensures maximum bonding strength and durability, and is available on a wide range of belts up to 2,000 mm wide.

Hot Vulcanised Cleats – Strong, Flexible, Durable

We offer hot-vulcanised cleats made from thick, solid, and flexible rubber.
This ensures excellent performance in heavy-duty applications where mechanical fasteners are not sufficient.
