Polyoxymethylene (POM) is one of the most commonly used engineering plastics due to its unique combination of stiffness, strength, and dimensional stability. Available as homopolymer and copolymer.

PA (Polyamide / Nylon)

PETP (Polyethylene Terephthalate)
PETP is a wear-resistant and dimensionally stable material. It is hard, with high tensile and flexural strength, though it is notch-sensitive.

HMPE (High Molecular Weight Polyethylene)

PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene)
PTFE is a highly chemically resistant plastic with outstanding non-stick properties.

• Very wide temperature range (-200 to +260°C)
• Self-extinguishing
• Excellent non-stick behavior

PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride)
PVDF is mainly used in welded constructions requiring excellent chemical resistance.

Hard Fabric Laminate (PF CC / Cotton Fabric Reinforced Plastic)
Hard fabric laminate is one of the oldest thermosetting plastics. It is made by impregnating cotton fabric with resin, then curing it under high pressure and temperature.
Properties:
• Resistant to high temperatures
• Low thermal expansion coefficient
• Wear-resistant
• Excellent electrical insulation
• Extremely hard
• Self-extinguishing

PC (Polycarbonate)
Polycarbonate is a transparent plastic with very high impact resistance and strength.
Transparent PC is commonly used in safety applications. Coatings are often applied to improve scratch resistance and chemical durability.

PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol)
PETG is a glycol-modified version of PETP. It is a high-performance, transparent thermoplastic polyester, often used for machine guards and covers.

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
PVC is a hard, rigid plastic with good chemical resistance to acids and bases.
In the advertising and signage industry, foamed PVC is often used.

• Very adhesive-friendly (glues well)

• Self-extinguishing
• Ideal surface for printing and graphics

PP (Polypropylene)
Polypropylene is frequently used in chemical applications due to its resistance.

(recommended usage temperature: +5°C to +100°C)
• Unpigmented types have poor aging and outdoor resistance

Polyethylene is widely used as a construction material in various industries.

PEEK belongs to the family of polyaryletherketones. It is known for its high temperature resistance and strong mechanical properties.

• Very high temperature resistance
• Outstanding resistance to gamma, beta, X-ray, and infrared radiation

ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene)
ABS is a strong and impact-resistant material, even at low temperatures (from -50°C to +70°C).
It is also scratch-resistant and has good electrical insulation properties.
ABS is widely used for injection molding and for manufacturing precision components.

• Good mechanical strength and hardness
• Reasonable scratch resistance
• High impact strength
• Limited resistance to acids and alkalis

PC (Polycarbonate)
Polycarbonate offers very high impact resistance, stiffness, and strength.
Its operating temperature ranges from approx. -60°C to +120°C, with a glass transition temperature around 130°C.
It also shows strong resistance to radiation and provides excellent electrical insulation.

PMMA is a transparent plastic, widely known to the public as plexiglass. Thanks to its very high light transmission, it is often used as a glass alternative.
