200 N/mm Rubber Conveyor Belts – Light, Flexible & Reliable

The 200 N/mm, 2-ply rubber belt with 2+1 mm covers is the lightest standard construction in our rubber belting range.Ideal for general applications and can be used on pulley diameters starting from 140 mm.

400, 500, 600, 650, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800, and 2000 mm.

RC 200/2 2+1 Y – Rota Classic

• Cover Thickness: 2+1 mm

• Total Thickness: Approx. 5 mm

• Cover Grade Y: Standard abrasion-resistant

• Ideal for cost-efficient, general-purpose applications

RS 200/2 2+1 W – Rota Star

• Tensile Strength: 200 N/mm

• Construction: 2 plies

• Cover Thickness: 2+1 mm

• Total Thickness: Approx. 5.5 mm

• Cover Grade W: Premium abrasion-resistant (up to 50% more wear-resistant than Type Y)

• Includes 1.2 mm inner-ply rubber between layers (standard is 0.5–0.7 mm), providing:

  • Greater belt stability

  • Improved splice/jointing quality

  • Longer service life in demanding conditions
