ROTA Belting supplies high-performance Impact Bars designed to absorb the heavy shock loads at conveyor loading zones — replacing traditional rollers under the dump point to protect both the belt and structure, and to ensure optimal sealing.

We offer a range of impact bar systems to protect your conveyor belt at critical loading zones. Depending on your application, we provide customized solutions to absorb impact, reduce wear, and improve sealing performance.

Our product range includes:

  • Light-Duty Impact Bed – Ideal for lighter materials and lower impact areas

  • Heavy-Duty Impact Bed – Built for high-load applications and larger bulk materials

  • Fire-Retardant Impact Bed – For environments where flame resistance is critical (e.g. recycling, mining, tunnels)

 

Each system is engineered for durability, easy installation, and maximum belt protection.

 

Key Features:

  • Durable wear-resistant rubber, vulcanized onto an aluminum mounting profile

  • Top layer in HDPE, allowing smooth sliding of the rubber conveyor belt

  • Beveled edge on one side for seamless belt transition onto the impact bar

  • Easy installation with T-bolts (sold separately)
