  • We simply have all basic materials in stock, in all thicknesses

  • We have CNC solutions for cutting, via CNC cutters or via the water jet

  • Vulcanizing rubber or welding plastics obviously pose no problems for us.

PU Transparent

Wear-resistant polyurethane in transparent version, for making funnels, so that you can see the product flow during production (Available thicknesses: 1 and 2 mm)

  • Thicknesses in stock: 1 & 2 mm

  • Hardness: 88 sh A

  • We can weld this material Thermal Butt Welding, creating a beautiful seam, extremely strong and without bevel/overlap

 

PU White

White, flexible and soft PU, food approved, for cutting strips and making funnels (Available thicknesses: 2, 3, 4 and 5 mm)

  • Hardness: 60 sh A (High grip)

  • Color White

  • Food approved

  • Very elastic and abrasion resistant

  • Oil and grease resistant through and through

  • Also used as a backing for timing belts

  • Thicknesses in stock: 2, 3, 4 and 5 mm

PU Blue

Blue, flexible and soft PU, food approved, for cutting strips and making funnels (Available thicknesses: 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 mm)

  • Hardness: 60 sh A (High grip)

  • Color : Blue (Skyblue)

  • Food approved

  • Very elastic and abrasion resistant

  • Oil and grease resistant through and through

  • Available thicknesses from stock: 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 mm

  • Also used as a backing for timing belts

PU Red

Red, flexible and soft PU, food approved, for cutting strips and making funnels (Available thicknesses: 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8 mm)

  • Hardness: 60 sh A (High grip)

  • Colour red

  • Food approved

  • Very elastic and abrasion resistant

  • Oil and grease resistant through and through

  • Available thicknesses from stock: 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8 mm

  • Also used as a backing for timing belts

Novapress Universal

All-Round gasket material, which exceeds the quality of the basic materials (available thicknesses: 0.5 / 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 3 mm)

Delivery: 

  • In sheet form, cut, with maximum dimensions: 3,000 x 1,500 mm (but any size is possible)

  • As a round seal (please specify: inner diameter & outer diameter)

  • As a round seal with boltholes (enter: inner diameter & outer diameter, hole diameter and hole diameter)

  • As any shape according to your CAD drawing

  • Thicknesses in stock: 0.5 / 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 3 mm

  • Quick delivery as we can process your drawing in our CAD department and then read it into the Zünd CNC cutting machines.

Composition and properties:

  • Seal/Gasket material based on high quality Aramid fibers and special filling materials, all connected using NBR elastomer

  • Testing and approvals: BAM, Blow-out VDI 2200, BS 7531 Grade

    DNV GL, Drinking Water Inspection ("KTW"), SVGW, TA

    Luft, W 270, WRAS

  • Color: Light Green

  • Surface treatment: PTFE non-stick coating

  • Resistant to Water and Steam up to +200°C

  • Resistant to Solvents and Coolants up to +150°C

  • Resistant to Oil, Grease and Gasoline up to +200°C

  • Resistant to gases up to +200°C

  • Not resistant to strong acids and bases

  • Resistant to highly dissolved acids and bases up to +150°C

  • Resistant to Hydrogen up to +200°C

  • Lower limit temperatures: -100°C
