Our RW 400/3 belts are built with 3 plies of EP fabric, reinforced with robust Type W covers. Ideal for conveyors handling abrasive materials such as aggregates, ores, and industrial waste.

RS Series – Rota Star Premium Belts

The RS 400/2 5+2 W is part of our Rota Star line and features a unique construction advantage:
Between the two EP plies, we add 1.2 mm of intermediate rubber (instead of the standard 0.5–0.7 mm).

This provides:

• Greater belt stability

• Improved and stronger splicing quality

• Extended service life
