At ROTA Belting, we produce hot vulcanised rubber cleats for conveyor belts using advanced post-vulcanisation technology.
Unlike mechanically fastened cleats, our cleats are bonded directly to the belt using heat and pressure, ensuring maximum strength and reliability.

These cleats are thick and solid – a true "block" design – yet remain flexible thanks to a vulcanised hardness of 55 Shore A.
Ideal for bulk material transport, inclined conveying, or any application where positive load grip is essential.
