RWR 25/3 Black 20:
The RWR 25/3 Black 20 is a heavy-duty conveyor belt designed for applications where strength, stability and wear resistance are critical.
This belt is built on a exceptionally strong carcass and is used for abrasive belts in the marble industry. With a tensile strength of 250 N/mm, a 3-ply construction, and extra-wide dimensional stability, it is engineered to perform reliably under high loads. The belt is approved for pulley diameters starting from just 80 mm and is available from stock in widths of up to 3,000 mm.
Durable Top Cover with High Grip
The top cover consists of 2 mm PVC, blended with rubber to enhance abrasion resistance and extend service life. This composition also makes the belt oil- and grease-resistant, while providing a high-grip surface for demanding conveying tasks.
Optimized Bottom Side for Sliding Support
The underside features a fabric backing, ideal for sliding bed support. It is finished with a deep yellow impregnation, ensuring consistent performance and reduced friction.
Fully Customizable
Both the top and bottom sides of the RWR 25/3 Black 20 are suitable for additional fabrication, including:
cleats and profiles
tracking cords
sidewalls
flights and special attachments
